Response of broiler chicks fed by clove and cardamom alcoholic extracts

چکیده

This study investigated the effectiveness of clove and cardamom alcoholic extracts as growth promoters on performance, carcass traits, some blood serum components, immunity parameters, intestinal microbial population morphology broiler chicks. To this purpose, a total 240 one-day-old chicks (Ross 308 strain) were distributed randomly into three groups in form completely randomized design. The experimental subdivided four replicates with 20 each. experiment was continued 6 weeks. Chicks fed by basal diet control, contain 300 (ml.ton) extract. result showed that significant increase FI BW while FCR decreased significantly. Using these herbal already reduced abdominal fat bursa fabricius percentage liver spleen weight increased Triglyceride cholesterol levels treatments high-density lipoprotein HDL increased.
